Welcome to The Parque Vista Apartments! This development is the next phase of affordable housing at the Taylor Yard Village master plan. The development will consist of 5 three-story buildings with a common stairwell to access the second and third-floor units. Off-street surface parking will be provided for residents only. There will be an on-site community room for recreation, services, and private resident events. Each unit will include an energy-efficient washer & dryer, refrigerator, electric range/hood, and dishwasher. In addition, each unit will have central air conditioning and heating. Other amenities include vertical window blinds, vinyl plank flooring, and carpet.
